
My Story and What I Do
Dr. Genevieve Kumapley is a Serial Entrepreneur with tremendous experience as a Certified Leadership Coach, Trainer, Speaker with John Maxwell Team . She is the Founder and the Executive Director of MyGOAL, a 501 C(3) non-Profit Autism organization in the United States that helps families with limited economic resources access therapies, programs and information about autism spectrum disorders. She is also the Founder of Haven International, the global organization that trains teachers and other professionals to provide special education services in Ghana Africa.
Dr. Kumapley received her Doctor of Pharmacy Degree with Honors from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Kumapley is a Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist and practices at a Hospital in Central New Jersey. She is an Adjunct Clinical Professor with Rutgers University Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy. She serves on several boards including her role as Founding Vice President of Touch Link and as a Professional Advisory Board member of the Sister’s Network of Central New Jersey. She is currently a Fellow of the Prudential Foundation Non-Profit Executive Program with the Rutgers’ University Institute of Ethical Leadership. She has completed a Mini-MBA in Strategic HealthCare Management Program with Rutgers University School of Business.
Dr. Kumapley is a Minister and leads several groups at RCCG Agape House of Worship in New Jersey. She has received awards for her leadership and service from several organizations including the 2013 Role Model Award from the Roselle Branch of the NAACP. She is an author of 2 books; 7 Principles to Developing and Maintaining Your Passion, & co-author of the book anthology, Network to Increase your Networth and her chapter is titled, No Passion, No Gain. She has been featured in several TV and Radio Networks including ABC ,NJN. GTV. She is happily married to Robert and they have 3 children, Sena, Nicholas and Delali.
